Somatic Healing
Somatic healing is grounded in neuroscience with its body-based approaches for nervous system and emotional regulation. Research shows that stress and trauma are not only processed cognitively but are also stored physiologically within the body. When the nervous system remains dysregulated, it can contribute to chronic stress, anxiety, emotional reactivity, and physical tension.
Instead of only talking through stress or trauma, somatic practices focus on how experiences are stored in the body and teach you how to safely release them. Somatic practices work by increasing interoceptive awareness, supporting vagal tone, and helping regulate the autonomic nervous system.
Through intentional breathwork, movement, and guided awareness, individuals learn to shift from survival states into regulation and safety. Somatic healing supports lasting change by addressing the root of patterns, not just the symptoms.
